IntegraVox wins Contract for ECMC IVR Conversion - August, 2011

Based on our detailed understanding of ECMC's (formerly Edfund) voice response system applications, ECMC selected IntegraVox to assist its in-house project team with the conversion of the company's legacy InterVoice IVR applications to the Cisco IVR platform. The application conversion project was successfully completed in January, 2012.
